Anastasia Albanese-O'Neill serves as the director of community screening and clinical trial education at JDRF. She transitioned to a career in diabetes care, education, advocacy, and research in 2008, after her oldest child was diagnosed with T1D. Albanese-O'Neill is the 2023 ADCES Diabetes Care and Education Specialist of the Year.
