Ellen Kilpatrick is a CDCES in Primary Care at South Texas VA. She is the lead instructor in STVHCS Diabetes Educator Residency Program . Ellen also is a core member of the national team creating the DSMES curriculum that is available nationwide to any VA developing an education program.
