The InPen™ system tracks insulin on board and can mitigate high sensor glucose (SG) alerts that are not actionable (i.e., do not allow for safe correction dose delivery) Real-world data analysis of 5,134 InPen users showed that there were 5.3±4.1 hours of missed correction opportunities per day. These durations showed a strong negative correlation with TIR (r=-0.85, p<0.0001) and a strong positive correlation with TAR (r=0.86, p<0.0001).
