This case study is about a patient with refractory and debilitating painful DPN of the feet and Raynaud's syndrome. Following ongoing treatment with high concentration capsaicin (8%) topical system, the patient reported significant relief from the pain in her feet. Despite some discomfort during the application, the patient tolerated the treatments and was able to discontinue her current oral pain medication and wear shoes again.
