(P208) Can Paired Testing Improve Glycemic Status in T2D Using Lifestyle Education?

Although continuous glucose monitoring is expanding in diabetes care, it is not for everyone. This poster describes how the author used paired blood glucose monitoring and lifestyle education to improve glycemic management and other metabolic measurements during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The author shares simple interventions that can be incorporated into daily practice and make a huge impact on patient outcomes and provide patients with real-time actionable data without access to a continuous glucose monitor.
