(P504) CGM-based Metrics and CGM-derived Hypoglycemia Duration with Once-weekly Insulin icodec versus Once Daily Insulin glargine U100 in Insulin-naive T2D: ONWARDS 1 Post Hoc Analyses

In ONWARDS 1 (NCT04460885), an open-label, treat-to-target phase 3a trial in insulin-naïve adults with T2D randomized 1:1 to once-weekly insulin icodec (OW icodec) or daily insulin glargine U100 (IGlar), time in range (TIR, 70-180 mg/dL), time above range (TAR, >180 mg/dL), time below range (TBR, <70 and <54 mg/dL), and hypoglycemia duration were assessed with double-blinded continuous glucose monitoring at pre-specified periods.
