Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems can be an effective tool to help identify nutrition-related glucose patterns and to promote positive behavior change. This session will use real-world examples to illustrate how different foods, portions, and timing of meals and snacks can impact blood glucose levels and how to identify these patterns using common CGM reports. Attendees will leave this session equipped with resources, practice pearls, and practical tools to inspire and monitor nutrition-related behavior change by incorporating CGM into their practice.
