When living with diabetes and other health ailments, medical visits can be especially stressful for our patients. For us to achieve better results as practitioners we need to develop alternative ways of delivering our messages and by finding new ways to connect with our patients. Whether you are working with a group, giving a presentation, or providing one on one counseling, you can achieve positive results through the magic of storytelling and humor. In this session, attendees will explore ways of developing their own unique style that they can incorporate into their work and learn to embrace this enjoyable and successful method of communication.
