Ms. Smith has been a Core Diabetic Nurse for five years. She educates New Onset Diabetics on the Endocrine floor at Texas Children's Hospital. Ms. Smith is involved in patient centered rounding and new onset education in conjunction with the ACDES's to promote compliance and success with home regimen.
