Based on a FABULOUS framework for Wellness, this interactive session will focus on mitigating work-related stressors. The pandemic experience has taken a toll. Although gambling, hoarding, alcohol use, disordered eating, overspending, or binge TV watching may feel good in the moment, they are not resilience-boosting strategies to deal with working in a post-pandemic world. Attendees will be given a participant manual that includes self-assessments on maintaining boundaries, workplace spirituality, core values, meaning-making, and how to create a wellness action plan.
