In partnership with the Cardiometabolic Center Alliance and the Preventative Cardiology Nurses Association (PCNA), ADCES brings to attendees this course which aims to provide updates and practice pearls in cardiorenal metabolic care. The panel-style discussion and networking event will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from experts on different aspects of cardiac, renal, and metabolic complications associated with type 2 diabetes and ways to design care to assess, plan and implement the right care at the right time. This session will be live-streamed to enable virtual participation. This course is provided with support from Lilly. There will be no CE available for this course.
