Past research has highlighted 4 main usability barriers that can come up when getting started with CGM: physical, data, social, and trust. If unaddressed, these barriers may lead to device discontinuation. This session will be a guide to facilitating timely, tailored conversations that can help turn device barriers into opportunities for reflection, education, problem-solving, and collaboration.
